Everyone has their own way of doing things. The key is to find what works best for you. What works for me, may not work for you. You need to try everything, until you find what works. YouTube and Google are great sources of knowledge, where you can search for anything that your heart desires. I desire to fell better inside myself. I want to know how to control my thoughts and ease my mind. I want to be in the flow of life. I don't want to fight my feelings. I want to let them guide me.
Here is where I would recommend that you to start. Being grateful for what you have is a great way to start overcoming depression and anxiety. Sleeping well helps your mind to recharge. It gives you brain the energy it needs to grow.
Be Thankful Ever Day
Being thankful for what I have, has lined me up to prosper more. Being thankful doesn't always come easy though. When so much is going wrong, its hard to have any gratitude for anything. I know how hard it can be.
You can change the way you feel by reprogramming how you think. The best way to do this is with repetition. I listen to this affirmation, first thing, every morning. It has helped me to find gratitude in my heart. Take a moment to listen, and see what I see!

Sleep Deeply Ever Night
Sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves. We become over worked and are to busy to sleep. We tend to put ourselves and our sleep last. I know what sleep deprivation can do to you. I know the affects that it has on your mind.
Every night I listen to sleep meditation. I have a playlist that is filled with all the things I want to become. A playlist that speaks to my subconscious. I sleep better now, than I ever have before. I am now, the person that I want to be. I am in control of who I am. I am free
